Training Classes
Devised Beauty Solutions (DBS) is dedicated to bringing you in-depth training to make sure you can fully execute highly sought-after services. We understand that when you enroll in a full esthetics program there are services that you will train in and it might not be something you intend on providing as a service when you get out into the industry, and if you have already completed a full esthetics program, often it is a basic overview of the class being taught. It is our mission to make sure your time and money spent is of utmost value. We will be offering individual classes to allow you to curate the education you desire to perform and specialize in and to be an option for some who have already taken classes but would like to further their knowledge and add extended services that might not have been available to them in a full program. Any classes or trainers we bring into DBS will specialize in their craft and be able to bring a class to you that has extensive knowledge and hands-on learning as well as time for you to dive into the theory before you arrive to class, this will allow the instructors to do a brief overview of theory once the in-person portion begins and give you more time to work hands-on with your models to get comfortable, and leave feeling confident to perform the services, providing you with the possibility to jump right in to building your clientele and earning money doing what you love.

Threading
Threading is an extremely sought-after service that can cater to all skin types to safely, and effectively remove unwanted hair. Threading is a great service as a stand-alone business or an excellent add-on to a personal service menu. Threading is a technique of multiple small movements done in unison using a piece of organic cotton thread. We will give you the know-how and skills to help you learn and execute the art of threading. Threading can be added to a service menu you already have, or help you add additional income source to your home. I will go over everything you need to get started just in a matter of days. Please research your State to ensure no additional certifications are required to perform individual certification. Online option coming soon. If there is a group of students in your business or area that want a hands-on class, please reach out for more information and to get a trainer brought to you. Online options coming soon. This Class is provided under a hybrid model. Because this class is best taught hands-on, once you enroll in the class you will gain access to the manual and are to read over and understand the basic principles of threading. this will allow us more hands-on time during the class to perfect your technique. The class kit is included in the purchase. Kit includes 2 spools of organic cotton thread, nano mister, tweezers, brow scissors, white pencil, and cotton rounds.
Brow Lamination/ Lash Lift
Brow Lamination and Lash Lifts are popular, and sought-after services that make great add-ons to a current service menu or stand-alone services to be offered as well. These services are popular as they enhance the clients natural brows and Lashes and the results last for 6-8 weeks depending on their shed pattern. Offering a low maintenance option to clients that don’t want something as permanent as PMU to achieve fuller more manageable brows or the maintenance schedule of lash extensions.
Lash Lifts and Brow Laminations are a 2 step chemical process that changes the way the natural hairs direct themselves. Lash lifts use a shield that the lashes are adhered to holding the hairs up to open the look of the eye, and keeping the structure of the lashes in an upward hold. Brow laminations are used to relax the brow hair and have the natural spine of the brow relaxed so it will allow the clients to have a fuller appearance and is also fantastic for clients with brow hair that sits in an unruly direction or straight out.
This class will be taught in a hybrid format. Once enrolled in the program you will receive a manual to review before your in-class portion so that you will be able to have more hands-on time during the class to perfect the techniques the class is two days and you will be working on 4 live models alongside your instructor to ensure you can perform the services confidently achieving optimal results when the class is completed.
Body Sugaring
Body Sugaring is a Fantastic way to remove unwanted facial and body hair. There are many advantages to body sugaring over waxing that will make your clients excited about getting their hair removed. Sugaring is made up of all-natural products ( Sugar, Lemon and Water). Sugaring is done without the use of stips so your product will take you a long way. Sugaring has so many benefits,
*It only sticks to dead skin cells, so it will never leave your clients skin feeling raw after the appointment, because we are not affecting any of their live skin cells you can go over the area multiple times to retrieve any stubborn hairs. Leaving the clients skin softer than ever.
*Body Sugar is at room temperature, you can rest easy knowing you won’t burn your client
*Body hair only needs to be grown out to 1/8th of an inch(a grain of rice).
*We remove the Hair in the direction of growth, making the removal process more comfortable for the client, without the possibility of breakage.
*because we are removing all dead skin cells, this is a fantastic treatment for those who suffer from eczema or are prone to ingrown hairs.
In this Hybrid Class, you will learn the fundamentals of body sugaring techniques. You will receive access to a manual to review the theory before class. 2 days we will be working on 4 models to perfect the technique and make sure to be at a place where you can work on clients once the training is complete. Please note we are not covering the Bikini or Brazillian technique during this class and I will encourage you to book this in 3 months after you have had more time to perfect the technique, to ensure your clients comfort and safety.
Advanced Sugaring Technique -Bikini and Brazillian Training
This Class is for advanced sugaring technicians only. Because this is a delicate part of the body, You can only enroll in this class once you have completed a minimum of 3 months of body sugaring and have mastered the basic sugaring technique, this will allow you to achieve the best possible results for your clients.
This class will allow you to achieve the ability to perform a perfect Bikini/ Brazillian sugaring appointment. This one-day class will allow you to work on 2 models so you can execute a Bikini/ Brazillian on the clients you are already servicing and give you more opportunity to gain clients looking to have this procedure done as a stand-alone service.
Classic Lash Extensions
Lash Extensions are a fantastic way to enhance the eyes. Classic Lash Extensions are one individual lash extension applied to one natural lash. This is a service that requires patience and an eye for detail. This is not and never will be a rushed service. To gain long-term clients who want to continue to be pampered and receive lash extensions they must be done correctly. This two-day hybrid class will allow you to have your manual in advance to read over the theory so that your class time is utilized to its full potential with a hands-on approach. We will make sure you have a full understanding of all the elements that go into classic lash extensions by teaching you the fundamentals of having a lash business and how to safely apply classic lash extensions.
*Please note Having a Classic Lash Certificate is mandatory before booking for Volume Lash Training.
Volume Lash Extensions
Once you have completed your Classic Lash Extension Training, Volume Lash Extensions are a perfect way to take your services to the next level. Volume Lash Extensions are multiple lightweight lash extensions that are made into a fan so that you can add density to your clients lash looks. Hand-making your fans sets you up for making sure your lash business can customize and take your clients lash health seriously. When you make your own fans, you are making sure to not overweight the clients natural lash. Volume lashing truly makes you adaptable to the artistry of lashing and will allow you to be able to get more creative, whether you want to do a mix of classics and volume, creating a look with various curls and different densities.
In this 2 day class we will work hands-on with 2 models to ensure you have the ability to take your lash looks to the next level.
